Everything, Deevana is our goto hotel in Patong.

Location close to patong beach. Many shops around. Decent breakfast buffet options. Spacious rooms. Courteous staff.
Old building, need maintenance. Faulty drainage system in washrooms - struggled first day but they fixed it om second day after complaint. Both rooms had drainage problem.
